Brief | How can we create a modern addition to a beloved family cottage? This was the challenge. The project aimed to add additional living space to the 25 year old coastal cottage to allow for year round living. The idea was to create something that was different but complementary. From this the promontory was born to create a dramatic addition that discovered new ocean views that could not otherwise be realized.
